The Timeless Value of Expert Knowledge
We want you to succeed in your new venture, and before you open your shop for business you will receive a comprehensive training program from Midas. We will share with you what we’ve learned with over 50 years of franchise experience and industry knowledge. New Franchisee Orientation includes several days of in-shop observation where you will begin to work on your business plan, analyze your competition and make customer service observations that will prepare you for the classroom portion of training to follow. The next step includes 10 days at the Midas Training Centre in Palatine, Illinois where you will join other franchisees-in-training to experience an interactive classroom and shop environment. The Orientation will cover a broad range of subjects designed to help you run a successful operation. Ongoing training programs are available for your staff, too. Midas offers a combination of classroom instruction, e-learning, self-study, and regional seminars to help make your franchise as efficient and productive as possible. We also work with technical training vendors to offer specialized courses, as needed, for your shop manager, service advisor or technician. The fully informed owner with the help of a properly trained work force can keep customers coming back.
